Dominic is qualified to provide the staff training necessary in every professional kitchen and he has been able to successfully pass on his knowledge to my team in order to enable me to confidently run our kitchens. Dominic has provided us with appropriate contractors to undertake the very difficult kitchen refurbishments at two of our schools. His support included kitchen design and financial negotiations for the projects as well. Health Education Partnership (HEP) & Dominic Green in particular has been working with our school for a number of years to ensure we continue to meet the Schools Food Plan and health and hygiene standards. With Dominic’s guidance our Food Safety and Health & Safety inspection scores have increased from 71% in 2015 to 93% in 2017. HEP also audits our school packed lunches and provides a comprehensive report of findings. In between visits, Dominic is always available by phone or email for ad hoc advice and assistance.
