Founded in 2018, our consultancy is the culmination of Dominic Green’s extensive 30-year career in the catering industry. Dominic’s passion for hospitality was sparked in childhood as the son of hoteliers, where he lived “above the shop” and experienced the vibrant world of hotel life. From behind-the-scenes operations to the theatrical front-of-house service, this upbringing instilled a deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Dominic’s career spans a variety of roles, including chef, catering manager, area manager, and strategic area catering operations manager. For the past 15 years, he has focused on consultancy, offering both hands-on and strategic support to businesses and educational institutions.
At Nansen Green, we combine experience with innovation to help clients achieve sustainable and efficient catering solutions. Whether refining operational strategies, ensuring compliance, or creating impactful customer experiences, our goal is to bring clarity and confidence to every project.
