Rather than entering food safety checks on paper, all information is recorded on a tablet or mobile phone making food hygiene and safety simple.

  • Staff training - Our Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) training centre offers an accredited training service for all food handlers, chefs, managers and front of house staff. Our trainers extensive industry experience and expertise provides a relevant training experience brought to life for each candidate. For whole catering teams we can visit your premises and tailor your training requirements around your staffing availability or if preferred we can offer training at our offices in Battersea, London
